Access to the Regional Business Partner Network
Biz Assist Ltd offers services that are registered with the Management Capability Development Fund through the Regional Business Partner Network
Small businesses may qualify for funding to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners and key managers.
Management Capability Development funding is only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBPN) Growth Advisors, and can be used with service providers registered with the RBP Network.
Funding may be provided to a business where the Growth Advisors have identified a need for management training as part of an action plan to support the business owner, to grow and innovate their business. Business owners are then able to select a services from a registered Service Provider.

What services are offered?
Accounting Systems
We will provide training to ensure you are getting the most out of your current systems, and ensure that you are using your systems correctly. The goal is to improve your time management, performance, and profitability.
Budgeting and Cashflow Planning
Understanding your cashflow is imperative when running your own business. We will teach you how to understand your cashflow, where your money goes, and how to manage your cashflow. We will provide tools and training on how to prepare a budget and forecast and how to read financial reports.
Financial Literacy
We will provide you with training to ensure that you understand reports from your accounting software. We’ll help you to understand the tax rules that apply to your business and help implement systems and processes to ensure that your business remains in good ‘financial’ health.
Financial Planning and Strategy
We will provide you with support and training to develop your business plan by helping you set your business goals. We’ll help you to crystalise your vision for your business, and develop strategies for growth. You’ll learn to understand your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. From here, we can guide you to set targets and action plans to meet those targets.
